Reconnaissance started in the MoonLab, a joint experiment of loops and beats between Ra Ra Raj and Ra Double. Raji would soon relocate to Japan and Ra would hold it down at HQ, so they each reached out to some MCs, artists and friends to collaborate and formulate this record into existence.
