Beginning Of The End followed on the success of the band's debut, Funky Nassau. Made up of Fred Henfield on bass guitar, Leroy Munnings on lead guitar, Frank Munnings on drums, and Ray Munnings, the youngest member, contributing vocals and keyboards, the band cultivated a funk sound with heavy rock and soul influences. They incorporate island vibes here as well, with touches of calypso, salsa and afro beat appearing throughout the record. It's an energetic and festive affair that makes you wonder what happened to such a tight outfit.
