THE FUNK IS IN OUR MUSIC! The music-loving family group Ingram's classic album of mellow, groovy, killer soul is being reissued in the latest edition!

The album is the first album released in 1976 by the Philadelphia funk group "Ingram", who have gained a huge following amongst rare groove and free soul listeners with their euphoric sound and impressive jackets featuring the carefree smiles of all the band members. The first album released in 1976 by the Philadelphia funk group Ingram. The funky tune "Ingram Kingdom" (M1), which could be called the band's theme song, starts off the album with a bang, but the sweet ballad "Tried It And Liked It" (M2), by Barbara, the band's red hot star, takes the listener on a gentle ride, followed by a lighthearted tune with cutting guitars and bouncing rhythms. The band's wide range of styles are expressed beautifully from the first half of the album with the killer tune 'What Else Can I Say' (M3), which is filled with cutting guitars and bouncing rhythms, and the mellow soul of 'He's Mine' (M4), with its melancholy female vocals and soft groove. The second half of the album also features 'Music Is Mine' (M5). The second half of the album also showcases the band's wide range of styles from ballads such as 'Music Is Our Message' (M5) and 'She's All Alone (I Need A Man)' (M8) to 'The Funk Is In Our Music' (M6) and 'Put Your Troubles (M9), and the groovy soul of 'Someone's On My Side' (M7), with its melancholy lead guitar and exquisitely intertwined vocals and chorus, this is a killer album for the floor or for listening. A must have!!!
