2LP Vinyl – MFR103

In lieu of any new material, the metal-faced one sends off a collection of non-album tracks and exclusives featuring highly sought-after collabs with Dilla, Vast Aire, Masta Killa, Ghostface and more, sequenced and selected like the mixtape you always craved.

There's more than enough obscure and previously unheard gear here to keep everyone from the most hardcore head to the MF noob peakin' for weeks. To get the juices flowing, we'll start with the two unreleased vocals to Dilla beats on 'Sniper Elite' and 'Fire Wood Drumstykx', followed by classic K.M.D lyrics set to an MF standard on 'Sorcerors', or the mind-bending midnight jazz beat on 'Quite Buttery' featuring Count Bass D.

To these ears 'Bell Of Doom' is a brand new beat, packed with the usual comic book samples and tense film-noir drama, while 'My Favourite Ladies' sounds like some ridiculous RZA offcut, before further cementing the Wu connection on 'Street Corners', hooking up with Inspectah Deck, Ghostface and GZA. And just in case you need any more reasons to snap this off, there's a bonus live version of his classic 'I Hear Voices' from 'Operation Doomsday'. 18 tracks in total, all killer, no filler. So what are you waiting for, really?!
