Made up of Jamie Turner (vocals, bass), Mike Nutt (vocals, piano, synths), Mitchell J Benson (drums, percussion), Matt Williams (guitars) and Jamie Canny (saxophone), the band recorded and produced Paradigm independently, in spaces ranging from beachside studios, to a cabin in the woods, and assorted living rooms. It’s this authenticity that allows Paradigm to flow with a charm harking to late ’60s and ’70s psychedelia. Combined with futuristic synthscapes, musical touchstones are found in the unlikely combination of Electric Light Orchestra, Wings, Air and Ratatat.
