Harlesden reggae powerhouse Cha Cha Music returns after nearly four decades with a 12" of 'Kunta Kinte's Revenge' and 'Shaka The Great' exclusively available here.

Featuring a previously unreleased mix from the infamous late 70s 'Kunta Kinte' sessions from Cha Cha's production tape vaults, plus the entirety of 'Shaka Pts 1 & 2' on a 12" pressing officially reissued for the first time.

Taken from the same Overnight Players session as the classic 'Kunta Kinte Dub' championed by Jah Shaka in the late 70s, 'Kunta Kinte's Revenge' plays for nearly 9 minutes. "I called them the Overnight Players because we would start recording at 3AM after they had been out doing gigs all night" says Cha Cha.
