Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase with no contact, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund.
Refunds
Once your item arrives, we’ll get in touch and let you know if the refund or exchange is possible (dependent on item condition)
If approved a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment thereafter.
Exchanges
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something please send us an email: wallofsound@plugseven.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or kept here for you to pickup as per your choice.

You are responsible to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless we agree to cover this on a case by case basis.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider tracking the item on its return to ensure its arrival back to us..
