Turntable headshell for audiophile and professional turntables when full harmonics and fidelity are essential! Made in Japan from aluminium for lightness and durability, these head shells are designed for optimal electrical and sonic transfer of groove output with the use of gold connectors and plugs.
Superior sonic quality, color coded OFC (oxygen free copper) headshell wires with gold plated clips are included. It will fit all S shape tonearms with a standard H-4 Bayonet Mount. The S shape H-4 type tonearm is the most commonly used tonearm system by turntable manufacturers like Technics, Sony, Denon, Sansui, Pioneer, SME etc., just to name a few. Combining the Shure unique wide-diameter Type S cantilever with a tracking force of 1.5 to 3.0 grams, the M44-7's rugged construction is highly durable, but will not unduly wear your vinyl if correctly setup.
